![]() ![]() SUMMER'S HERE FOLKS. I don't want to sound conceited, but over the course of freshman year, I've found a lot of confidence and beauty within myself. I feel refreshed. I feel like a new person, like I broke my shell. I am way more open and outgoing which I find to be a good quality. I mean I'm not just your average Upper East Side teenager. I am ready for summer of 2010, for sure. I have a busy agenda for the summer already. I am going to stay in the city with my friends for June, Wales choir competition in July, and my hometown in the Caribbean for the rest of the summer. I can't wait. I already know that I am meeting many new people, visiting places I've never gone before, and having fun. Freshman year went by so fast and I am officially a sophomore. Isn't that exciting? Ha. Ha. Yeah, well, other than that. I finished classes. I just need to go back to school on Monday to clean out my locker, go to school choir rehearsal, and say good-bye to the old campus for the summer. They are going to renovate the whole Pinkham building and building a new building next door for next school year. Woot. Woot. I have used this year wisely, though, not gonna lie. I found out who everyone in my group of friends really is about. I realized my priorities and passions and how to balance my life right. It was a good year. I need to organize over the summer, especially on my new Blackberry Bold. I'm determined to be responsible and fa-bulous. I promise. Let the summer begin!
